'Magic' chocolate flower dessert

February 24, 2015: The adage that you eat with your eyes first is certainly true when it comes to this delectable dessert. Pastry chef Joaquim Sousa has shared video of a chocolate dessert flower that blooms into something far too beautiful to eat when cream is poured on.
